Serving North Of Spain
The serfing in northern Spain is only gaining popularity from overseas tourists, while the Spanish travel to catch the wave only to these shores. Darya Parhomenko opened her own surf school in the town of Somo, next to Santander. Now, with Svetlana Parhomenco's mom, she's working on building an entire surf camp around school. Russian guests are looking forward to offering them a unique opportunity - lessons. Serial: Russian Language.
About moving.
Darya:
I moved to Spain at 14. First lived in Seville, then in Madrid, where she went to law school. When I had my own car, I traveled half of Spain to Ibice, tossed the entire coast of the Mediterranean, met people from the north of Spain and came to see what the region was.
Svetlana:
She's been living in Spain for 13 years. She's 27. She's actually very active, snoubbard's doing, bare dances, and I'm gonna try surfing. She went to Santander a few times, met her husband, a surfingist, so she stayed. Love. ♪ ♪
Joint work
We always had a close connection with Mom. And wherever I go, my parents always followed me. My mom's such a man that she can do anything, she's very light on the rise, and she's always ready for something new. Mom's good with everyone, and she's great with my husband. I'm just giving her some of my work. And I know that she will always choose the best way to accomplish the task.
I came to Santander a year ago. I'm mostly advertising. I'm running our surf-kamp page on social media, posting information about us on the websites of big companies. I find people on different websites, Facebook, I tell you about us, I do exactly what I do. And in the summer, we have to open a hotel for 24 people, and I'll be there to help.
Oh, the Langre Beach School in Santander
Serf School is my project, my husband and one of his friends who have been teaching surf for about 20 years. Every year, more people travel to the north of Spain to ride on a wave board. We decided that it was time to gather all the contacts we had in the middle world and do something ours.
