
Serfing In The Oak
In general, there are often enough winds on the OAE coast for Wind and Kite Serfing, but classical surfing in the city line has recently become problematic because of the large-scale construction of coastal islands blocking waves.
Dubai:
- Wollongong beach, near Jebel Ali, there's a lot of kiteserpheres here, but there's some restrictions in the area on the mastobia,
- Sunset beach is a good place for newcomers.
- Wild Wadi Park artificial waves A height of 2, 5 meters allows the surf to be found in the centre of Jumeira;
Corfaccan is the great beach of the Oceanic Hotel offers a wide range of opportunities for water sports: Windserfing, water skies, sailing.
Ras Al Haima: north of town, there are places where large waves can be captured - Cow Beach, Rams or Sham.
Sharjah and Ajman have a couple of places in the middle of the city beach where we should be surfing, but they're not much better than Dubai, so you don't have to come from Dubai.
East Coast, Fujeira, we can catch a wave on the beach in the Sandy Beach Motel area.
♪ Abu Dhabi surfing is not very good, as many islands in the Gulf block the course and waves.
Serphine training
Serfing implies a certain level of training. The well-established sports bases and experienced instructors will allow you to reach it during your rest.
- The Hilton Beach Club, which is on the beach of Jumeira, offers a variety of sports, both for club members and guests arriving at Hilton Dubai and Hilton Beach Club. The surf boards are suitable for both adults and children.
- Dubai Marine Club is the new beach resort. The club offers a great choice of water sports, including Windserfing, sailing, as well as a great swimming pool and its own beach.
- There are also two private clubs in Dubai, mainly for members with their own boats and surf boards.
UAE Sulphine Season
The period from October to May, when the water wells of the Persian and Omani Gulfs are covered by wind waves, is the most favourable moment for the entertainment of the UAE.
